Abstract

The article presents legal case studies involving marketing law, price discrimination, exclusive arrangements between buyers and sellers and alleged violations of the U.S. Robinson-Patman Act. The article presents the case of Boysen Inc. v. H.P. Hood & Sons Inc., Sealtest Inc., The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company Inc, and Pioneer Diary Inc., the case of the United States v. National Dairy Products Corp. and Raymond J. Wise, and the case of Forster Manufacturing Co. Inc. et al. v. the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
