Abstract

The article presents U.S. legal developments in marketing relative to the regulation of monopolistic methods. In reference to market control the United States v. Phillipsburg National Bank and Trust Co., et al. case is cited among others. In reference to collusive practices the Tropic Film Corporation v. Paramount Pictures Corporation, Paramount Film Distributing Corporation and Motion Picture Association of America, Inc. case is cited. In reference to market exclusion tactics the Curtis C. Flood v.
