Frankreich – ein konservativ-korporatistischer Regimetypus? Familienpolitik und Arbeitsmarktintegration von Frauen in den 1990er Jahren.

This article reports on the social policy in France, and the inclusion of women in the work force. The author discusses in particular the reforms made to the social policy in the 1990s, which focused on access to day care, among other concerns, and whether or not this has helped further integration of women into jobs. The pattern of family politics is developed, in which the occupation of women is discussed in light of the reforms concerning day care. The meaning of the further integration of women into the labor market and the quality of day care are discussed.
