Abstract

The author recommends Da Dong and My Humble House restaurants in Singapore. According to the author, the best dish he tasted at Da Dong is the crab toasted in black pepper sauce while at My Humble House it is the shrimp dish with Chinese mustard sauce on one side and creamy wasabi mayonnaise on the other.
