Abstract

The article focuses on the information given by the National Frozen and Refrigerated Food Association regarding frozen dough products in the market today in the U.S. Frozen dough is available in three basic forms that include the Raw dough, Shaped or bake-and-serve,and Thaw and serve. Some of the most common forms in which it is available include the Bread dough, Bread stick dough, Croissant dough and French Roll dough.
