FAA seeks travel industry support to fund NextGen system.

Abstract
- The article focuses on the continuing campaign of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to build support for air traffic control modernization and a new funding system to pay for it. Letters have been sent by the agency to 15 travel associations and companies, including ASTA and AAA. It is stated that Congress has been working on legislation to reauthorize the FAA programs and funding through 2011.
