Abstract
- The article discusses health guidelines to get the right amount of exercise. To keep the heart healthy, a person can choose to do either 20 minutes of vigorous activity three days a week or 30 minutes of moderate give days a week. For strength training, a person can do at least 8-10 moves per workout, aiming for a minimum of one set of 8-12 reps per move. In terms of flexibility, stretching for five minutes five times a week can ratchet up strength, flexibility and range of motion.
