Abstract
- The article reports on the public hearing on UMH Properties' proposal to site 318 modular homes on about 100 acres in the Village of Coxsackie in New York. According to planning board member Rocco Cole the plan will double the number of homes. Public comments include traffic concerns and pre-existing water pressure problems in the village.
