EDITOR'S NOTE.

The section "The Production of Woven Fabrics," presents information on this issue, which includes the period of four years between the International Textile Machinery and Accessories exhibitions of 1971 and 1975. The manuscript of the issue was completed in March 1976 and in May 1976, it got submitted to the Textile Institute in Manchester, England. It was announced that the issue's publication was delayed due to need for it to be fitted in with other contributions to the journal "Textile Progress," in the programme of the institute.
