Abstract

The article examines the concept of the Montreal Protocol on the Ozone between India and China. It discusses the environmental bargaining agreement of the two industrialized countries to transfer both monetary and technological resources to develop ozone-friendly policies. It highlights the nature of the bargaining idea regarding the impact of the protocol to the ozone, climate change and biodiversity. According to the author, the international institutions have significant role in facilitating the mutual advantages of the said bargain.
