Fracture Incidence in GH-Deficient Patients on Complete Hormone Replacement Including GH.

The article presents medical research on the fracture incidence in growth hormone (GH)-deficient patients who are undertaking complete hormone replacement therapy including GH. A distinction was made between childhood onset and adult onset growth hormone deficiency. Graphs indicate pituitary hormone deficiency and substitution therapies at the end of the study for women and men with childhood onset GHD.
