Abstract
- The article attempts to assess the perceived importance and actual implementation of knowledge management (KM) strategies that include culture, leadership, information technology and measurement in the telecommunication industry in Malaysia. Using the paired t-test, results of the study show significant differences among all the KM strategies in terms of their importance and actual implementation. It also reveals that strategies such as technology, culture and leadership are moderately implemented , with measurement being the least implemented factor. Research limitations and its practical implications are keyed out.
