Abstract

The article reports on the decision made by officials at Baylor University in Waco, Texas to remove a personal Web page from the university's Web site created by engineering professor Robert J. Marks II which outlined his work in an evolutionary informatics laboratory. Mark's lawyer said the actions of the university amount to viewpoint discrimination and a suppression of his client's academic freedom.
