Abstract

The article discusses the significance of business agility to information technology in Great Britain. It notes that business agility is a new paradigm which is considered as a solution for maintaining competitive advantage during times of uncertainty and turbulence in the business environment. Business agility is considered as a vital tool to survive in the competitive world. Businesses should be agile and capable of sensing and responding to both predictable and unpredictable events in the market. They should develop information technology (IT) solutions for the rapidly changing business environment.
