Abstract
- The article discusses music industry signings in Southern California in 2007. There were just over 60 signings in Southern California in 2007. Factors that contribute to the signing of artists are driving ambition, great songs, the right connections and a strong live show. Some of artists that signed contracts with record companies in 2007 are the band American Catapult, Chris Stills, Buck McCoy and Cary Brothers.
