Abstract
- The article discusses the significance of strategic supplier relationship management (SSRM) on business performance in the U.S. SSRM has been defined as a structured cross-company process that enhances value capture between customers and suppliers. Moreover, its calculation is based on two tracks, the financial performance which includes cost management, margin management and capital production, and the business growth which includes customer response, revenue and innovation growth.
