U.K. To Spend $125 Million For 157 Category I MRAPs.

This article reports that Great Britain is looking to spend upward of $125 million for 157 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles as well as associated equipment and services. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency said that the sale would be for Category I 4x4 Cougar vehicles, tools and test equipment, maintenance support, contractor technical and logistics personnel services, support equipment, spare and repair parts, and other related elements of logistics support. Force Protection Industries Inc. is the prime contractor for the sale.
