Abstract
- This article focuses on banning genetic discrimination. The U.S. House of Representatives voted to outlaw genetic discrimination from employers and insurance companies and U.S. President George W. Bush is prepared to sign a bill passed by the U.S. Senate on the matter. The author believes that the ban is positive, but outlawing discrimination on the basis of talent should not occur.
