Abstract

The article discusses the Dutch music publishing company, ImageMusic, which is looking for London, England offices after taking control of several catalogues from Universal Music Publishing. The company was formed by Dutch pension fund ABP and Dutch-based independent publishing company CP Masters after a deal to buy catalogues which include Rondor UK, Zomba UK, 19 Music, and BBC Music Publishing. The terms of the deal are discussed.
