Abstract
- The article discusses the rising use of antidepressants by U.S. soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Many soldiers have symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and depression, so the U.S Department of Defense gives them antidepressant pills to enable them to stay on duty, but the longer a tour of duty they serve, the more medications they need.
