Sclerosing liver haemangioma with pericapillary smooth muscle proliferation: atypical CT and MR findings with pathological correlation.

We report a case of sclerosing liver haemangioma with pericapillary smooth muscle proliferation in a 63-year-old man who presented with abdominal pain. Because the tumour showed atypical features on CT and MRI, a correct diagnosis could not be made until surgery.
