Abstract
- The article offers information about scholarly societies. Eleven countries have become eligible for support from the National Council for Eurasian and East European Research including Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, and Estonia. Web sites with articles about Fidel Castro and his legacy are mentioned. The Central Eurasian Studies Society will hold a regional conference in Kyrgyzstan.
