Abstract
- The author reflects on the different theories of teacher education shared by the researchers in Europe and its impact on the real-life teaching education. He mentions on the comparativeness of the study conducted by Grangeat and Gray on the concepts drawn from industrial studies. On the research by Soares, Lock, and Foster, he commented that there is an erosion of time intended to be spent on induction activities. He also cited the efficacy of the studies on developing the teacher as researcher.
