Abstract: The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old, first-time pregnant woman brought to a tertiary care hospital after experiencing eleven weeks of vomiting, headaches and tonic clonic seizures. She was diagnosed having an extensive thrombus within her superior sagittal sinus with secondary hemorrhage in the right parietal lobe. Anticoagulant drugs were maintained for 36 weeks until she delivered her live-born female baby in healthy condition.
