Abstract
- The article determines "who is to be taught," as an answer to "who teaches." It is said that, instead of "battling" for the role of educator, specialists and generalists should form a partnership in order to form a single rationale for arts instruction and maintaining support for programs. It is equally important that teachers be able to work with all of the students, no matter how diverse they are. Partnerships in teaching can therefore put students in the heart of the educative process.
