Abstract
- The article explores the types of pre-existing skills museum visitors supposed to have and how the institution can help the visitor to develop the tools and skills he already possesses. It suggests that the museum visiting experience should be everyday and uncomplicated for visitors. Moreover, it says that the everyday way of looking should be characterized by the development of automatic responses.
