Abstract
- The article reports on the global expansion of Japanese cuisine. The number of overseas Japanese restaurants is presented, with half of those in the U.S. The attributes of a regular Japanese meal are described, which is believed to be a healthful diet. Several Japanese food outlets are cited together with their special dishes. In the U.S., guests from Japan are reportedly invited to make connection and educate customers.
