Retrofit restores performance.

The article reports on a complete retrofit of its main Jagenberg mill winder ordered by British paper mill St. Regis Paper Co. Webtek UK was commissioned by the paper mill to propose a way of enhancing the cut reel quality and reduce the knife set-up time the mill winder. The winding machine receives reels up to 2450 millimeter (mm) wide from the paper machine for slitting down to customers orders. Webtek suggested to install a complete new Helios top knife slitting section.
