Abstract
- The article discusses the results of a study of the occupational history of Transjordan during Late Bronze (LB) II and Iron I. The study shows that the eastern Jordan valley has its own cultural, political, and geographical entity that is different from Transjordan plateau during the LB II and Iron I period. The findings also show that there is a concentration of Iron I collared-rim jars in Transjordan plateau while sparse in eastern Jordan Valley.
