Abstract
- The article reports the replacement of the Toronto International Film Festival co-director Noah Cowan by film programmer and broadcaster Cameron Bailey. Cowan has been reassigned to the artistic director post at Bell Lightbox, the festival's year round home. The festival's chief executive Piers Handling says he made Bailey the public face of the festival so he could continue handling the programming of the festival himself. He claims Bailey is comfortable sharing directorship of the festival.
