Abstract

The article reports that military technological researchers have devised new technologies to protect troops of the U.S. Army. It is said that James Valdes, the science adviser for biotechnology at the Army's Research, has explored the Army's small business technology transfer research program. It is cited that Valdes has joined the Defense Life Sciences LLC, developing bio-energy products. The study's result is the Tactical Garbage to Energy Refinery or TGER, a portable refinery that can consume food waste, paper and plastic.
