Abstract
- The article discusses the issues in talent migration away from Asia. This paper explores the challenges faced by migrants related to the economic policies in places where they settle and wish to practice their skills. The continuous need for global talent leaves various issues to be covered in the places that these highly skilled people leave and also to the new country they settle in.
