The Indigenous Voices: The 2007 Taiwan International Ethnographic Film Festival.

The article offers information on the "Fourth Biennial Taiwan International Ethnographic Film Festival" which was held from September 28-October 2, 2007 in Taipei, Taiwan. Indigenous films from the U.S., China, Nepal, Madagascar, and Taiwan were the main focus of the festival. The indigenous filmmakers Victor Masayesva of the Native American Hopi and Mayaw Biho of the Taiwanese tribe of Pangcah received special commendations and showed some of their work.
