Abstract

The article offers information on the assimilation and affirmative action of French educational systems. According to the author, the country's educational structure was created to uphold republican principle that guarantees equality before the law without any distinction on race and origin. In addition, the author notes that the development of French education serves as the most effective ways in providing the French values as well as the moral implications of duty and hard work. It also cites the legal aspects of the French affirmative action policieswhich aims to provide a positive development on their educational institutions.
