Abstract
- The article presents the goals of the newly elected editor-in-chief of the "IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering" (TKDE) journal. He mentions that he aims to maintain the broad coverage of TKDE and make it into a more attractive journal compared to others. He states that the quality of the journal depends on the quality of papers it published, and to its editorial board. Furthermore, he provides the guidelines for experimental and survey articles that would be submitted to TKDE.
