Abstract

The article presents the food journals of several "People" readers. Dietitians comment on the healthiness of each entry. Facts about the average person's diet are given, including the average intake of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and calories. Dietitians suggest that people eat multiple small meals rather than two large meals daily.
