Abstract
- The article reports on the development of a new product to keep up with prevention of significant deterioration (PSD) and new source review (NSR) regulations from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The product was developed by the joint forces of RTP Environmental Associations and Citation Technologies. It covers over 1,000 documents and 13,300 pages of NSR and PSD policy documents and related materials issued since 1974.
