More small firms take late payers to court.

Abstract: The article reports on the move of small suppliers in Great Britain to take legal action over unpaid bills. According to the research conducted by the Credit Management Research Centre, the number of county court judgments against firms for unpaid debts in the country has increased over 2008. The author believes that small businesses need prompt and consistent payment due to the economic climate. He also suggests that buyers and vendors must agree to billing structures.
