Back to the Wall.

The article examines whether Janet Napolitano, secretary of the U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), can prevent a steel and concrete wall from being built in the backyard of Eloisa Tamez in Rio Grande, Texas. With the passage of the Secure Fence Act, the DHS has already taken Tamez to court in an effort to condemn a piece of land that has been in her family since the 18th century. Thus far, Napolitano refused to talk about her plans for the border fence.
