Abstract
- A conference paper is presented regarding the relationship that nutrition has with the health of a person's immune system. The involvement that various parts of the body, such as the thyroid and parathyroid glands, have with the absorption of nutrients is discussed. The health benefits that exist in exposure to direct sunlight are also mentioned.
