Meeting of the International Federation of Science Editors in 2000 in Brazil, which focused on scientific communication and publishing; Efforts to make journals available online made by Bioline, the Electronic Publishing Trust for Development, the International Network for the Availability of Scientific Publications, the Scientific Electronic Library Online, and the National Institutes of Health.
