Abstract

The article discusses aspects of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL), a malignancy in which the number of T cells are two to four times higher than normal. The article focuses on the role of monoclonal B lymphocytosis (MBL) lymphocytes for T cell immune modulation. The implications of spectratyping are also discussed.
