Abstract
- The article discusses the relationship between evidentialism and enterprise of virtue epistemology. It is noted that virtue epistemologists give the concept of an intellectual virtue a central role in epistemological theorizing. The reasons for denying that virtuous motives and actions are important features of knowledge or justification have been examined. It is revealed that evidentialists and virtue epistemologists focused some common conceptual territory that might well benefit them from sustained conversation with each other.
