Abstract
- Many people talk about black capitalism. But how many really do something about it? This author actually did something, and tells it like it was. He describes how, with no concern for majority ownership or control, he fostered the development of someone else's new business. Then, drawing on this firsthand knowledge, he offers some practical guidelines for large corporations and aspiring minority businessmen interested in like ventures, identifies the pitfalls awaiting both parties, and examines the viability of black capitalism as an instrument for improving ghetto areas.
