Abstract
- The article discusses the court case Fornes v. Osceola County Sheriff's Office. The case involved a deputy sheriff who claimed that the sheriff's office violated the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) after terminating his employment. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals supported a previous ruling that favored the sheriff's office.
