Abstract
- Organizational research generally does not use experiments or multivariate analysis to verify propositions. This paper indicates four types of designs that characterize such research. Suggestions are advanced for each type of design, which would improve the logical rigor of such research and thus provide better propositions for verification by means of experiments and multivariate analysis.
