Abstract
- Describes the development of a vacuum sealing method on a V-shaped elastic ring for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) diagnostic windows. Compression of the ring by two valves; Examination of the performance of the seals to inner pressure rise resistance, heat cycle and acceleration at the level expected in the ITER environment.
