Abstract
- The article offers information on a symposium held in Mendoza, Argentina, in November 2007, on pre-harvest sprouting in cereals. Around 60 delegates from different countries attended the symposium, which was divided into five sessions including agronomic management, physiology of dormancy and germination etc. Keynote speakers were Daniel Miralles from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Peter Chandler and Michael Foley among others.
