Investigates the structural and physical properties and growth of thin films of neodymium[sub 0.5]strontium[sub .05]manganese oxygen[sub 3]. Film orientation; Dependence of transport properties on film thickness; Resistivities of the films with different thicknesses; Charge ordering transition and distortion of the lattice.
