BMI Research: Germany Defence & Security Report: Industry Forecast Scenario.

The article offers an outlook for the defence sector of Germany. The number of military personnel in the country will be affected by the reorganisation efforts. One goal is to reduce the army from 191,350 personnel to 187,000 by 2009. The number of divisions is also expected to be reduced by 2010. Significant cuts are also expected in the navy which has total of 17,601 personnel to date.
